Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a Queue9 account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you're registering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.
2. The Service
Queue9 provides digital queue management — QR-based customer check-in, live wait tracking, and an operator dashboard for staff. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.
3. Accounts & Registration
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at signup and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including staff accounts you invite.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. Plan limits (counters, staff seats) are described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Customer Data
Your customers may provide their name, phone number, and optionally an email address when checking into your queue. You're responsible for using that information only to operate your queue and for complying with applicable data protection laws in how you handle it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Queue9 for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the service's normal operation, or to attempt to access data belonging to another venue.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, has payment failures left unresolved, or is inactive for an extended period. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Queue9 is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Queue9 after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
